Our kickboxing sessions blend cardio, strength training, and technique to provide a full-body workout that builds endurance, coordination, and power. Whether your goal is to lose weight, improve fitness, train for a competition, or learn practical self-defense skills, this class is designed to meet your needs and keep you engaged. Our adult program is a blend of Karate, Kickboxing, and Aikido. Sensei Sparks is a 2nd Degree Joe Lewis Fighting Systems Black Belt. He received his certificate from Joe Lewis and is the ONLY JLFS Black Belt in the Charlotte Area. This allows students to become well rounded martial artists and prepares them to defend themselves in any situation. It is one of the more versatile and all-encompassing classes we offer.
Students will then work with specific techniques on punching, kicking, close range self defense, ground techniques, and defending against these techniques. The most positive aspect of this class is that each student can work at their own pace. The benefit of working in intervals allows each student to train at levels they are most comfortable with.
